PRACTICE Consumer Health Data Notice
This notice is for people in Washington, Nevada, Connecticut and any other state with a consumer health data law. PRACTICE is operated from Connecticut, USA. Contact: support@practicecardgame.app.
What we hold, and what we don't
PRACTICE offers small everyday prompts. It is not a health service, and we do not try to work out anything about your health.
- Your journal and mood are kept on your phone, not on our servers, and we cannot read them. We do not collect them.
- What our servers do hold that could be read as health-related: the dates on which you marked a card done (today's card, or one from your own printed deck). If you undo a mark before the card turns over at 3:00 a.m., we remove that date. Some cards suggest a calm or caring act (for example, taking a slow breath or a short walk). We keep only the date, not what you felt or wrote, and the card for each date is the same for everyone.
- We do not draw conclusions about your health from these dates, and we do not combine them with other data to do so.

| Third parties and affiliates we share with | Supabase (service provider). No affiliates |
| Sale | We do not sell this data |
| Location | We do not collect your location, other than your phone's time zone setting, and we do not use geofencing |
Your rights
You can see these dates in the app under History, delete them, and withdraw any consent, at any time:
- in the app: Settings > Delete my account and data (this deletes the dates with your account);
- by email, without the app: write to support@practicecardgame.app. If your version of the app has Get a deletion code (Settings > Delete my account and data), send us that code and we delete the account it belongs to. A guest account holds no name or email, so without a code we cannot tell from a message which account is yours. We delete an account only when we can be sure it is yours; if we cannot match a request, the account is still deleted automatically within 99 days of the last day the app reached us for it. www.practicecardgame.app/delete explains both routes.
Questions: support@practicecardgame.app. For the same reason, we cannot send a copy of a guest account's dates by email; History in the app shows them.
We respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying "Appeal", and we decide appeals within 45 days. Using these rights never changes how PRACTICE works for you.
