Please don't send journal entries or health details. We don't need them to help.
To delete your account and data, the surest way is in the app: Settings > Delete my account and data.
You can also ask us by email, without the app. If your version of the app has Get a deletion code, send us that code. A guest account holds no name or email, so without a code we cannot tell from a message which account is yours, and we cannot send you a copy of its records by email. Delete your account and data explains what we can do.
In the app, the Privacy Policy, Terms and Health data notice are in Settings, under Legal.
